Appointments

When you make an appointment with our office, you can expect to be seen in a timely manner. Although our schedule is busy, we keep one or two appointment times available every day to accommodate new patients, emergencies or current patients who would like to come in on short notice. Therefore, you will not have to wait several weeks before you can be seen in our office. We also strive to see you at your scheduled appointment time. This is especially important to us.

Refreshments

Our greeting room features a refreshment bar for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you are headed off to work after your visit with us, or on your lunch hour, we encourage you to grab a cup of coffee or juice, and a snack for the road. Here are some of the selections we offer:

• Lemonade
• Spring water
• Freshly brewed gourmet coffee
• Teas and hot chocolate

• Soft drinks

Entertainment

We offer a wide variety of entertainment selections during your appointment. We provide headphones with either a CD or cassette player so you can listen to your favorite music or even a book on tape during your treatment. We have many CDs to choose from, or you can bring your own from home. We also have satellite television and TV glasses for your viewing pleasure. With hundreds of channels to choose from, you can relax and watch the news, sports, your favorite comedy or even a movie.

Warmth and Comfort

We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed during your visit with us, so we provide a few little extras to make you feel "at home."

• Paraffin---Hot, citrus-scented wax treatment for your hands during your visit.
• Heated massage pads---Each hygiene room features a massage pad for your enjoyment. These massage pads also have heat controls to help soothe muscles and relax you during your visit. Some of our patients have actually fallen asleep during treatment!
• Pillows and blankets---Feel free to ask any of our team members for a pillow or blanket. They are great for comfort and relaxation during your visit.
• Warm scented towels---A warm towel is provided to you following your treatment. What a delightful way to freshen up!
• Massage Chair---After your appointment enjoy a cup of coffee and a massage with our massage chair from Brookstone.

Transportation

Transportation can be arranged for cosmetic and restorative procedures. We will be more than happy to pick you up for your treatment.
